All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Payment of a deposit or confirmation email constitutes acceptance. These terms are available on our website, at reception, or can be emailed upon request.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated and in-date at the time of departure. The following vaccinations are required:
Vaccine records must be emailed at least 1 month before check-in. Please note: Kennel Cough is a required vaccine but may not cover all strains. As it is an airborne virus, we cannot be held responsible for transmission.
Dogs must also be up to date with flea and worm treatments—preferably using veterinary-prescribed products. We do not accept Bob Martin products. Any infestations will be treated and charged accordingly.

We do not accept un-neutered cats under any circumstances.
Veterinary insurance details (if applicable) and an emergency contact (local to the pet hotel) must be provided. Owners must declare any medical history or behavioural issues. We reserve the right to refuse admission if your pet is unwell or shows signs of aggression.
Medication can be administered as directed. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions. Diabetic pets are only accepted if they are existing clients and stable. Only oral medication is permitted. If your pet requires treats or meat to conceal pills, you must supply these.
In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner or their designated emergency contact. If unreachable, we will proceed in the best interest of the pet, including seeking veterinary care. Any resulting costs are the responsibility of the owner unless the illness or injury is directly caused by us.
Check-In: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
AM arrivals require booking from the day before
Check-Out: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
PM departures must be pre-booked and are charged an extra day
The gate remains closed—please press the reception bell for access. Out-of-hours visits are not permitted unless pre-arranged.
Pets from the same household may share a room. If separation is required for safety or welfare reasons, additional accommodation fees will apply (subject to availability). During peak periods, if separation is not possible, the emergency contact must collect the pet. No refund will be issued in such cases.
If a pet is not collected within 14 days of their scheduled departure and no written request for extension has been received, we reserve the right to rehome the pet without further notice.
We may share images of pets in our care on social media. Pets’ names will not be published.
By booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions on each occasion your pet is boarded. We reserve the right to refuse future service if these terms are not followed. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
